Purchases can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
The product can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
No exchange or return is made unless the original invoice is present.
Purchases must be in their original condition (with the outer cover).
You can exchange and return from any of our branches after contacting customer service.
· In the event of any manufacturing defect, it will be replaced directly with the same product after fulfilling the previous conditions.
For online store orders: If the order is returned after the products arrive, the order amount will be refunded and the delivery value will be deducted.
note:
· In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect in the product, the delivery value will not be deducted.
For online store requests: In the event that the order is returned, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s account after receiving the product from the shipping company within a maximum period of 15 days, according to the customer’s bank.
· No exchange or refund is made after the specified period for return and replacement.
· No exchange and return is made when the product is used, damaged, tampered with, or its serial numbers (barcode) removed.
